While Sirikoi gives a certain sense of luxury and a high level of service, it still manages to be hospitable, comfortable, and unpretentious. It resembles an eco-chic African house. Each room has a sitting area, a large Victorian bathtub, a rain shower, a fireplace, and a private deck. All the rooms are roomy and well decorated.
The resort is in a genuinely remarkable setting, encircled by 68,000 acres of pristine wilderness in the well-known Lewa Wildlife Conservancy, a World Heritage Site. Sirikoi has a lovely spring-like climate all year round thanks to the verdant foothills of Mount Kenya on one side and the arid North of Kenya on the other. Sirikoi offers a variety of unusual and daring activities for people of all ages to experience and explore the countryside and wildlife. Days can be as action-packed or as relaxing as desired. The Lewa Wildlife Conservancy is home to an abundance of wildlife, including numerous endangered species like black and white rhinos and the world’s largest resident population of Grevy’s zebra.
